Job Title: Registered Mental Health/Learning Disabilities Nurse (RMN/RNLD)

Shift Pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £34,900 - £37,227 per annum + £5000 welcome bonus

Shift Patterns
- Day shifts: 07:30 am - 20:00 pm
- Night shifts: 19:30 pm - 08:00 am
Job Profile
- Deliver exceptional, user-focused care
- Contribute to the development of new services and care pathways
- Support the local implementation of our Nursing Strategy
- Engage in continuous quality improvement within your designated service
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Abilities
- Registered nurse with an active NMC PIN as an RMN or RNLD, with a minimum of 12 months post-qualifying experience
- Relevant clinical expertise
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and dedication to change, improvement, and quality
- Ability to adopt flexible and innovative approaches to practice
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
