Join our client's pioneering team in the rapidly evolving realm of digital mental health and neurodevelopment. They're a dynamic force, committed to expanding access to top-tier neurodevelopmental and mental health services through their secure video consulting platform. As they continue to grow, Sanctuary Personnel are seeking an ADHD Team Coordinator on behalf of our client, to assess and treat individuals referred by universities, health insurers, or the NHS for ADHD.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with their ADHD Clinical Lead and ADHD Prescribing Lead, overseeing a team of ADHD Assessors. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the team's motivation and the delivery of high-quality, efficient, person-centred assessments.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive clinical experience in ADHD and demonstrate leadership acumen. Flexibility, proactivity, assertiveness, and exceptional communication skills are essential. They seek individuals who are not just employees but view their role as a calling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to and collaborating closely with the ADHD Clinical Lead & Prescribing Lead
  • Supervising and managing up to 8 assessors/prescribers
  • Supporting clinicians in maintaining report writing standards
  • Facilitating multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Conducting one clinical assessment session per week or managing a small prescribing case load
  • Ensuring efficient and timely quality control of reports
  • Conducting clinical inductions for new team members (fortnightly)
  • Participating in candidate interviews
  • Personal development, training, and meetings
  • Managing 8 full-time equivalents (FTEs)
  • Coordinating team meetings and agendas
  • Serving as the safeguarding point of contact
  • Upholding clinical values and consistency across the ADHD service
  • Addressing ad hoc queries and providing support

Requirements:

  • Must hold an Enhanced DBS
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • UK address for remote work
  • Current NMC or HCPC registration without restrictions
  • Registered nurse or allied health professional with experience in autonomously diagnosing ADHD
  • Relevant knowledge and experience in ADHD treatments
